i agree with Marty! the division of roles is a really easy way to visualize what we do, but I wonder if there is a way to represent the ways in which these roles overlap.
WOW- that looks like so much! I thought it would be overwhelming to read, but Kristin's right- we have many overlapping duties within our different roles. I wonder what a classroom teacher created "Roles" graphic would look like in comparison? Would it have the same depth? Nice work!
You know what's fascinating? That even when you broke the description into themes, there were threads that showed up in multiple categories.
